SERVICES AND FEES

1. Acknowledgment - $15 each notarized signature (client needs to decide whether they need this or jurat)

2. Jurat - $15 per oath or affirmation (client needs to decide whether they need jurat or acknowledgment)

3. Apostille - standard timeline by mail $150 includes all necessary state and other fees, rush (same or next business day $300 (also includes all necessary state fees). 

4. Certified Translations - $45/page for basic, $55 for legal documents and $75 for same-day rush translations. Translation certificates are included for free ($25 cost savings for you per document). We work with translating from English to Russian, Tajik, Uzbek languages and vice versa. 

5. Travel Fee - $40 within Irvine and per mile calculated for those outside of Irvine. 

6. Loan Documents - Based on our agreement/contract with the escrow, title, and other companies. ​​​
