What is an Apostille, and why might I need one? An Apostille is an official certificate that verifies the authenticity of a document for use in another country. In simple terms, it’s a form of certified document authentication issued by the California Secretary of State. The apostille confirms that the signatures and seals on your document (for example, a notary public’s seal or a county clerk’s signature) are genuine and valid. You might need an apostille if you plan to use a document abroad – common examples include using a birth certificate, marriage certificate, academic records, or a power of attorney in a foreign country. Countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention require this certification so they can recognize your U.S. document as legitimate. In short, if you have important paperwork going overseas, an apostille ensures that the document will be accepted internationally.

How do your apostille services work, and how do they simplify the process for me? Our apostille services in Irvine/OC are designed to handle the entire process for you from start to finish, making it truly hassle-free. Here’s how it works and how we simplify the process: •Document Review and Notarization: First, we’ll review the documents you need apostilled. If the document isn’t already notarized (for example, a power of attorney or copy of a diploma), we provide notary services in Irvine as needed. Our California-commissioned notary will come to you to notarize the document properly, ensuring it meets all state requirements. This step is important because many documents must be notarized before they can receive an apostille. •Submission to the State for Apostille: After any required notarization, we handle the next step – submitting your document to the California Secretary of State’s office for the apostille. We know the exact procedures and paperwork needed. Our service simplifies this step by acting as your courier: we personally deliver and file your document with the appropriate state office (such as the Los Angeles regional Secretary of State office or Sacramento, depending on fastest processing). This means you don’t have to navigate government forms, stand in long lines, or mail anything yourself. •Pickup and Delivery of Apostilled Document: Once the state attaches the apostille certificate to your document, we retrieve the completed apostilled document on your behalf. We then deliver it back to you safely. You’ll receive your original document with the new apostille attached, ready for use overseas. Throughout this process, we keep you informed and handle any issues that might arise (for example, if a document needs a newer certified copy or additional stamps, we’ll let you know and help get it done). Using our service saves you time and eliminates the confusion – you won’t need to research the process or make multiple trips. We’ve streamlined everything: from notarization to apostille certification, we do it all for you in one convenient service. Our experience with apostille in California means we know how to avoid common mistakes and get your document processed smoothly. In the end, you get peace of mind knowing your important documents are correctly authenticated without the stress.

Our goal is to bring reliable apostille and notary services to your doorstep if you’re anywhere near our home base in Irvine. How long does the apostille process take? Turnaround time can vary depending on a few factors, but we always aim to get your documents apostilled as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect: •Standard Processing: In California, getting an apostille through the Secretary of State typically can take a few business days up to a couple of weeks, depending on the method. Mail-in requests might take roughly 5–10 business days plus mailing time. However, since we hand-deliver documents for our clients, we often speed up the timeline. For documents submitted in person at the Los Angeles regional office or Sacramento office, apostilles are often completed in 1 to 5 business days, and in many cases much sooner. •Our Service Speed: With our facilitation, you’ll likely get your apostille faster than the standard timing. We usually obtain California apostilles for our rush clients within about 1–3 business days after we receive your document (sometimes even the same day or next day if everything is ready and the state office workload allows). Because we personally courier the documents and pick them up, we eliminate the extra transit delays. We know the ins and outs of the process, which helps prevent any unnecessary hold-ups. •Urgent or Rush Requests: If you have an extremely tight deadline, let us know. Expedited service may be available in certain cases. For example, if you need a same-day apostille, we can often arrange to submit the document as soon as the state office opens and retrieve it by the end of the day (this usually requires that we have your document early in the morning and that it meets all requirements). We will always do our best to accommodate rush needs. Even when same-day isn’t feasible, we prioritize your request to make sure it’s completed at the earliest possible time. Our clients often remark that our turnaround is much faster than they expected. Keep in mind that processing times can be affected by government operating hours, holidays, or occasional backlogs at the Secretary of State’s office. We will inform you upfront about the estimated time frame based on current conditions. Rest assured, speed and efficiency are top priorities for us – we know that timely results are important when you’re dealing with international document deadlines.

Do you offer services on weekends or after-hours? Yes, we do! We understand that our clients have busy schedules and that notary or apostille needs don’t always happen strictly 9-to-5 on weekdays. Our mobile notary service is available by during evenings/nights and weekends to accommodate your needs. If you require a notarization or document pickup on a Saturday, Sunday, or after regular business hours, just let us know and we will make it happen for you. We pride ourselves on being flexible and responsive. For example, if you have an urgent document that needs to be notarized late in the day or you can only meet after work, we can schedule an after-hours visit. The same goes for weekend requests; we often help clients on Saturdays and Sundays when necessary. Our goal is to provide reliable apostille and notary services whenever you need them. Simply contact us to set up an appointment, and we’ll work around your timetable. (Note: In rare cases of very late-night or major holiday requests, additional travel fees may apply, but we will always discuss that with you upfront. Transparency is important to us.)

How much do your notary and apostille services cost? We believe in pricing transparency, so you will always know the costs before we proceed with any service. Our fees are competitive for the Irvine area and reflect the convenience and expertise we provide. Here’s a breakdown of how our pricing works: •Notary Services: For standard notary services in Irvine (witnessing signatures on documents), California law sets a maximum fee of $15 per notarized signature. We charge according to the state-regulated fee for notarizations. If we travel to you as a mobile notary in Irvine or elsewhere in our service area, there is an additional travel fee (sometimes called a mobile service fee). The travel fee depends on your location and the time of the appointment, but we will quote it for you in advance. We keep our travel fees reasonable, and you’ll know that amount upfront – no surprises. •Apostille Services: Our apostille service involves a few components: the government fee, and our service fee for handling the process. The California Secretary of State’s office charges a standard fee (currently $20 per document for an apostille certificate). If we are filing in person on an urgent basis, the state charges a small special handling fee as well. We’ll outline any mandatory state fees so you know exactly what they are. In addition, we charge a service fee for facilitating the apostille. This fee covers the time and effort of our team getting your document notarized (if needed), traveling to the state office, processing the paperwork, and picking up the completed apostille. Our service fee is per document depending on the situation, and we will give you a clear quote beforehand. We strive to keep this fee fair and competitive, especially given the convenience and speed we provide by saving you multiple trips. •No Hidden Costs: We promise that the price we quote is the price you pay. Transparency is key – we don’t hit you with hidden charges or surprise add-ons. If your situation requires any extra steps (for example, an additional notarization or obtaining a certified copy of a document), we’ll discuss any potential additional cost with you before moving forward. In summary, our goal is to provide high-quality apostille and notary services at a clear, honest price. You’ll receive an itemized explanation of fees upfront, so you can make an informed decision. We want you to feel confident that you’re getting excellent value – saving you time and effort at a very reasonable cost. If you have any questions about pricing or want a customized quote for your needs, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How long does it take to get an apostille in California? Our standard processing time for a California apostille is typically 7-14 business days depending on the mailing schedule for Secretary of State and from the time we receive your document. For standard processing, we mail your paperwork to Sacramento office. In many cases, it comes faster, however, sometimes due to holidays, the state office might be closed and takes longer. If you have an urgent deadline, we also offer expedited options – including same-day service – to speed up the process. Overall, compared to mailing documents (which can take a week or more), our rush apostille service delivers results in just a couple of days, making it one of the fastest ways to get an apostille in California.

Do I need to visit an office, or can I send documents by mail? You do not need to visit a physical office because our service is designed to be flexible. We do not maintain a public walk-in location – instead, we operate 100% via mobile service and email/mail in Orange County. You have two convenient options to get us your documents: •By Email/WhatsApp/Telegram/Standard Messaging – You can simply scan your documents using your phone’s scanning feature or an actual scanner and send it to us by email to shohzoda@gmail.com or one of the messaging apps for the fastest response. •By Mail/Courier: You can send your documents to us (we’ll provide our mailing address when you place an order). This is a great option if you’re located far – just mail the document, and we’ll handle the rest and mail it back once apostilled. •In-Person Appointment: If you prefer, we can arrange to meet you in person by appointment. Since we are mobile, we can come to your home, office, or a public location in OC at a time that works for you to pick up the document or do any required notarization on the spot. Either way, the apostille process itself will be handled by us with the Secretary of State. No office visit is required from your side, making the process as easy and accessible as possible.
